Tuesday Photo Challenge – Decay

One of my unofficial new years resolutions was to participated more in photography challenges. Last week, I received a big response Cee’s Fun Foto Challenge and that’s really encouraging. Dutch Goes The Photo is another inspiring blog that I follow for a long time. So, this week, my first entry in their “Tuesday Photo Challenge” with a theme that I really LOVE: Decay, I’ve came across on trips.

  2. Great photo, nice that someone has kept the Cross there. 👍🏻

  3. I like them both – but the chapel is more soothing to the mind.

    1. Thanks for sharing your opinion Leya:)! The chapel and cemetery is a part of an Psychiatric Hospital. Greets Stef

      1. Haha – then I had the right feeling about it!

  4. You’ve captured both of these places beautifully! I love the sense of stillness and melancholy that fills your frames.

    1. thank you so much:). Did you visit an urbex location in the past:)? Greets Stef

      1. Yes, I have been fortunate to visit several urbex locations both in the United States and in Europe! Among my favorite so far has been the “petite ceinture,” an abandoned railway that once formed a ring around Paris. It’s fascinating to see how quickly nature reclaims these places, isn’t it?
