Urban Photoessay: #41 “Veni, Vidi, Viseu”

My first stop of my Portugal trip, was Viseu. What we have to know about charming Viseu? A town located in the centre of Portugal with a population of 50,000 inhabitants, and the region is very known for it’s wine industry. Sounds gastronomic isn’t it?! Several times a day, there is bus connection (check the website) between Porto en Viseu. I’ve shared already my pictures of Viseu’s Street Art ( click here), now time for the Viseu cityscapes. Viseu through my lens. A lovely walk through hilly Viseu.

Now, I am waiting in the airport (Porto) for my flight back home (Belgium). Just be in time for the christmas dinner with my parents, brother and uncle. Even how I like to travel so much, my belly filled with wanderlust. My place on Christmas evening is at home. May all the sweet magic of Christmas conspire to gladden your heart and fill every desire. Merry Christmas everyone!

  1. Stef, this is an A+ album. I’d never heard of this town, and now I’d like to visit it. All the shots are good, and particularly the one with the man leaning on the trashbin. And the yellow brick road one.

    enjoy have fun blessings 🙂

  12. I love the guy leaning on the rubbish bin

    1. Hehe, this guy is… really photogenic. At first I was shy… but then I thought, why not, give it chance. Nowadays, we live in a big brother society and many people are so afraid to be photographed, or afraid to appear in a picture and think we are going to misuse this picture:(. Thanks for passing by Sarah. Greets Stef
