Urban Photoessay: #15 “Molo Audace”

One of my favorite places in Trieste is definitely  “Molo Audace”, a lovely concrete pier. Such a nice place to enjoy the sunsets, just chill out and just doing nothing. Incredible romantic spot! Take away pizza,a bottle of wine and you have a fantastic evening out on Molo Audace:). Click to enlarge the pictures.

Which one do you prefer? Black or white? Color?

  1. I have never seen this monument! 😮 And I didn’t know this molo has this name. 🙂 I took some ship photos right there some years ago. I’m very close right now but too busy with Slovenia. 😉

    1. Enjoy your homeland Manja! Maybe someday you gonna have the opportunity to return too Trieste. Enjoy your day

  2. Color! That blue ocean is just so beautiful 🙂 Thanks for sharing.

    1. Thanks for sharing your opinion Nel:). Have a good day:).

  3. Well, I like that B&W shot, but we need color = a nice red wine, Schioppettino, because that’s fun to say out loud. You’re being a very good promoter for Trieste, it looks great.

  4. What a beautiful place!

    1. Yes Peter,definitely it is:).

  5. Color I think. I often like black and white but for this scene color. Nice place and no wonder you like it.

    1. thanks for sharing your opinion. Enjoy ur day Anne

  6. I love the black and white photo; I prefer them to color sometimes because I like imagining the color. Also, in black and white, I see more detail than I do with color. Thank you for these beautiful images.

  7. I feel this spot needs to be seen in color.Well, to each his own!

  8. the black and white version, it highlights the contrasting lines of a bended knee and the building in the background, as well as the repose of the man on a day that hints at activity

  9. trieste is a nice city
